Raised in 1969, Softball Club Forlì was among first teams in Italy. It played in 1st League until late 80’s, then slowly shadowed for a while. The club was back at top in 1996: since then, it became one of the most competitive teams in Italy, having reached the post season every year since 1998 on. In European competitions, Forlì had its debut in 1997, taking part to and winning European Cup in Haarlem, NL. Thereafter, the club was six more times in ESF cups, successfully organizing two (1998, 2003) and winning three times. Many Forlì players have been joining National Team.
